These Terms and Conditions apply to the EasingLife app ("Application"), created by Mudassar Nazar ("Service Provider") as a free service. By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.
You may not copy, modify, extract source code, translate, or create derivative works from the Application. All rights including intellectual property belong to the Service Provider.
The Service Provider may update or change the Application and reserves the right to charge for features in the future. Any such changes will be communicated clearly.
The Application processes personal data provided by you. You are responsible for keeping your device secure. Jailbreaking or rooting your device is discouraged as it compromises security and may affect functionality.

The Application requires an internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible if functionality is affected due to lack of connectivity or data usage costs incurred while using the app outside Wi-Fi.
You are responsible for keeping your device charged and functioning. The Service Provider is not liable for service interruption due to device failure.
While the Service Provider strives to ensure accuracy, they rely on third parties for data and are not liable for any direct or indirect loss from reliance on app functionality.
Updates may be required to continue using the Application. The Service Provider may cease support or terminate the app without prior notice. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the app.
These Terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use of the Application indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
